Little Girls Point
One of the most unique pebble beaches on Lake Superior!
Take a break and unplug on this simple, but well maintained County Park and Beach. Little Girls Point extends over a half mile along Lake Superior. The beach is a magnet for rock pickers and agate hunters with crystal clear water to swim, paddle and float the day away. If you look Northwest you can see the Apostle Islands and Northeast, the Porcupine Mountains. There is a picnic area with 2 pavilions, picnic tables, grills and stone buildings with restrooms. Also camping sites lake side or wooded all close to the beach. The extension camp is available to rent for reunions, weddings and get togethers. Little Girls Point Beach
Little Girls Point is one of the most unique pebble beaches in the Upper peninsula. The beach is perfect for agate and yooperlight hunters. A favorite beach of the locals, the water is clear and the beach access is easy.
Parking
There are two parking lots for easy access that are directly around the curve. These lots are right on the beach for easy access. There is another parking lot that is at the main park, but you will need to walk a bit further than the other lots to access the beach. This lot has access to playground, toilets and pavilions.

Lake Superior Cliffs
Two miles down the road is a magnificent waterfall and large stretch of pictured cliffs that rival the famous Pictured Rocks in Munising, Michigan.
Take out from Little Girls Point and Kayak, Stand Up Paddle Board, or boat to the location. For those that are good on their feet, the access is a steep slope two miles down the road from the point. Please use caution.
Superior Falls
Superior Falls directly located next to Superior Cliffs. The falls are incredible in the Spring time and are raging all year long. Sea kayak up to the falls but be careful during high water levels.

Superior Falls is also a great place for fishing along the river or shoreline of Lake Superior.
Camping
The point is a County Park fit with many RV and tenting sites. Imagine being able to camp directly on the shores of lake superior and waking up to the sound of beautiful waves and the smell of nature.
