This isn’t just a movie; it’s a one-of-a-kind experience. The show will feature a brand new, original score composed and performed live by the Historic Ironwood Theatre’s own favorite, Tim Mesun, on our magnificent Barton Organ.
About the Film
When department store clerk Betty Lou Spence (Clara Bow) first sets eyes on her new boss, the wealthy Cyrus Waltham Jr. she is convinced he’s got “it,” an indefinable quality that makes one irresistible to the opposite sex. Betty Lou charms her employer on a date, but Cyrus suddenly cools when he hears rumors about Betty Lou. Crushed by Cyrus’ assumption, the the shopgirl ramps up the sex appeal to win her man back and teach him a lesson.
